that is THE biggest advantage of being a junior, learning from older expirenced fire fighters, but for me i also get to ride on the trucks to calls its awesome. the disadvantage is sometimes the juniors from here are more intersted in the fire service than the senior members and we sometimes (not ententionaly) are better at certain things than the senior members.
