Talk it up people! Good people are hard to get and harder to keep. Tell them you are holding their cocker spaniel hostage and if they dont join it will become permanent puppy pate! No wait, too violent. Wean them off their antiquated in-house system and tell them to get with the program! IPN doesnt play favorites; everybody gets notified at the same time with the same information. No more excuses from members who said they werent notified, or didnt know about the job, or werent paged, or the dispatcher doesnt like them so he doesnt call. We can sign up one member, or a squad, or the entire department. Excellent for mutual aid companies to get a jump on the job before the phone rings. Police, Fire, EMS, utilities, paid, volunteer... whoever they are they can benefit from joining IPN.
