I grew up in a firefighter family. Dad was a firefighter for 12 years, cousin became a ff/paramedic (now just a paramedic), and brother is a ff/paramedic. I am now a fire dept. photograher (not with the dept. that they started or were on) but my local dept.  I grew up getting to know a lot of ffs in my area and have met many more during my day job when I travel around a part of my state.  Firefighters or many other emergency personnel don't get enough thanks in my book that they should for all that they do on a daily basis, so here is a big THANK YOU.

I have always had a deep appreciation for firefighters. I really think they are such neat people. God Bless them all.

Firefighters are truly amazing people. I think they are our angels on earth!! We're so lucky to have them.
