Looks to be some serious structural issues going on.

Yes there is. This is the bearing wall for a bow truss roof. The parapit at the front of the building is weakened and is leaning. Also, at the rear of the structure a power pole is down and resting on the building.

This reminds me a lot of a building that I know in Chicago Heights, IL. I believe that I took these photos for a building construction class I teach. If this is the same building, my concerns related to the pole, parapit, brickwork have been repaired and the building has new owners. How did you get these pictures?

Yes there are windows on the A and C exposures.

That is what I thought should be posted - not my town. The building has been repaired and has new owners.
