Too easy brother, no grease recovery or collection system. The duct probably needs to be cleaned also.

I know. This system passed their last inspection a very short time before my inspection and I turned this over to the licensing authority for investigation but I have never heard back from them on the status of it but I never get any response from them on the stuff I refer to them.
