North Carolina Beach House Fire

Any thoughts out there on what we as Fire Prevention/Building Code officials can do to make these types of properties safer for our kids. Seems places like this (east and west coast alike) rent out to college kids who are out for fun, and seem invincible.

We can let our legislators know how important code issues are. Especially sprinkler legislation.
