1 lb Beef
1 med. onion (about 1/2 cup chopped)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 8 oz. can of mushroom pieces (drained)
1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Egg Noodles
Brown ground beef, mushrooms and onion together. Drain. Add salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir together. (if using minced garlic clove heat for 2 min.) Add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Cook until hot. Put over egg noodles and enjoy.
