Hey everybody! how are ya? I hope the holidays were good and all are safe!!!!

I have fixed this several times at my house and everybody seems to really like it. this feeds right around 9 guys/gals

Take Chicken Breasts (4 to 6)(skinless/boneless) and cook. I usually cook them on the grill. I use poultry seasoning, mesquite, and red and black pepper, garlic powder, and montreal steak seasoning. I usually cook them at a high temp and really quick. That keeps in the moisture.

After Chicken is cooked I let it rest or cool or whatever you want to call it LOL

Then I either chunk or shred the chicken into bite size pieces.

two jars of alfredo sauce 1is 4 cheese and the other is sun dried tomatoes. heat very slowly!!!!!!!!! add chicken as soon as you can (no rush the longer it cooks in the sauce the better )

cook 2 boxes of penne pasta

after the pasta is drained add sauce with chicken and 4 cups of shredded cheese. (chipolte or the mexican blend) mix

I like to add jalapeño's to mine but alot of people do not like them, so I set a jar of slices on the table.

he has never bathed in it, there has never been any left for him to bathe in.
