par boil as much sweet Italian sausage as you need
drain water remove sausage to cool
in same pan saute garlic and 1 whole onion and green peppers cut to bite size
cut sausage into bite size pieces and return to pan to finish cooking
add 1 cup of ragu or other sauce

Just let it simmer in a vented covered pan til peppers and onions have softened sausage should be cooked by that time sprinkle with parm and serve

The guys at the station love this and the low guy loves that it is all done in one large pan (less dishes for him)
