Hey everyone, I thought I'd make my first post a recipe.
Take a pork or venison tenderloin whole or half. Slice it down the middle but not all the way through. Stuff with cream cheese, diced jalapeno's, or you can use Uncle ben's Cheesy rice.
Marinate to taste with whatever floats your boat. I use Dales (Low Sodium) and Zesty Italian dressing.
Rub with desired seasonings. I use Bad Byron's Butt Rub, and Cavanders Greek seasonings, lemon pepper, and BBQ sauce.
Wrap in Bacon.
Grill low and slow.
This thing is amazing. This really goes well with potato salad and baked beans. Works good with Ra Ra taters. Which are like homemade potato chips. Thin sliced taters fried in canola oil and seasoned with Lawreys Seasoning salt.
Anyone got another reciepe for stuffed anything let's have it.
