Let's see....cardio pulmonary ability test? That's a guess. I think i would do better than some who I see constantly smoking at the meetings.
LOL, ya giving up the smokes is a must. The days of sitting around the firehouse smoking are pretty much gone.

what are some good ways to get ready for the CPAT?? as far as physically.. I am already a non-smoker so don't have to worry much about that.. but what else can I do to prepair for it?
DId you get the info you needed? If not, I can help you out, or anyone else you know who is looking for this type of info.
I thought I was gonna die. When I didn't, I kinda wished I had. And that was the practice...plenty of work to do.
