We know that health issues are the number 1 reason that our significant others (SO) don’t come home (Line of Duty Death). We also know that our lives on and off duty would be greatly enhanced if we improve our personal wellness and that of our SO. On January 12, 2008 my husband weighed 305 pounds and his health was degrading. By October 2008 he had lost 87 pounds and his wellness improvements have been amazing (he's even nicer to be around). I have had similar proportional results. Please ladies, do not ignore the importance of internal wellness for yourself and your SO. I’d be thrilled to share the details our wonderful success with anyone motivated enough to make a significant change in their lives.
