Today was a positive day for the Phils with a win over the Blue Jays 12 -7. Along with that we have two team members representing the Phils at the World Baseball for team USA
Sorry for the mistake. I meant to say The World Baseball Classic.
Another win today in Florida against the Cardinals. Score; Phils - 2 Cards - 1. I believe next Saturdays game is going to be televised. I'll try to keep you posted.
Win # 1 is finally in the books. I didn't think it was going to happen until they got 8 runs in the 7th inning. Brad Lidge came in and successfully closed another in the 9th.
Good game Last night. It seems as if the bats have come back to life for the offensive game. 15 hits!!! Hopefully they can keep it going.
It was definitely unfortunate for Brad to end such a streak. The whole pitching staff needs to get it together.
The pitchers for the Phils have allowed a MLB leading 26 home runs so far this season. The pitching definitely is our weak point at this point.
The Brewers took it to us again this afternoon. Cole Hammels left the game early after getting hit on his pitching arm with a line drive hit in the fourth inning.
Our first sweep in Florida in five seasons. The Phils played well this weekend. They finally got a win without coming from behind. Go Philly!!
With a five game win streak going, the offence is looking more like the offence we would expect out of these guys. Go Phils!!!
I agree. He has been better than I expected. Unfortunately not to many people are going to miss Pat the Bat. To me there is no comparison, the team definitely took a step forward with Ibanez.
i do agree but i was not to thrilled at first but hes doin good.
