I own/manage (with my partners) a resort it in Canada. We are in a community that has a small Vol. dept. I decided to join and soon became accepted by the group. I have a hard time with not being able to make traing and/or respond to calls. I feel like I am letting my new "family" down. Now I know you can only do what you can do, but I was wondering if there are more of me out there in the same situation. I hate not being able to be there, but at the same time when I am the only one here to run the business its really hard to not be there. Then I always wonder in the back of my mind if they look down on me for not being able to leave and what not....Anybody else?!?!
