Saturday, March 21st saw temps above 60 here in central Illinois.
I unplugged the battery tender from the Road King, carefully peeled back the cover, wiped down the black and chrome, put on my leathers, goggles and helmet, turned the key and the symphonic melody coming from the twin fishtails was music to my ears.
I eased XCHF22 out of the garage and gave the throttle a little extra and I was immediately propelled into a happy state of mind.
I rode to a Harley dealership to schedule some work, hang out, talk bikes, drool over the 2009 models.
I returned home, wiped it down, covered it and will wait for the next break in the weather.
Roads are crappy this year.
Please be careful.
Ride safe.

Great feeling isn't it. We've had a couple nice days here in Jersey so far. I've already managed to squeeze a little over 600mi in so far this year. Little chilly sometimes but well worth it.
