So after paying for a replacement pager 3 weeks ago, and expressing my dissatisfaction over no answers to emails for three weeks, they decided I was rude and closed my IPN account and shut down the feed I was providing the, (PG County)
So apparently it's ok for them to take their time when you pay them for things like pagers, and it's ok for them to not answer emails for weeks, but don't express dissatisfaction or complain about it - because they will cut you loose.
