Hello sisters!

I need some help. I'm applying to Lexington Fire Department in Lexington, Kentucky. I live in Orlando, Florida currently.
LFD's HR told me that I could take the CPAT here to cut my traveling expenses, (I can afford 2 plane tickets, but 4 are outta the question).
Does anyone know who to contact or how to go about scheduling a CPAT outside of the hiring process? Is it even offered that way?

PLEASE advise.
I need to get this worked out before July 2010.
