How skilled are you with a BVM? Consider hand placement, rate of ventalaion, and seal. Don't forget hyperextenstion to open airway.

I have shopped around and can't find any Bag Vavle Masks to train with, however, I am familiar with Bag Valve Masks. ;-)
Sounds like a no-brainer, but it's not as easy as you would think. Especially under stress. How do you know if you are effective? SPO2 sats? Adequate chest rise and fall? Resistance to your ventillations? What about aspiration? There's a lot of thoughts that are flooding your mind.
Like anything else, it's a skill that must be practiced to remain proficient.
