Mobile repeaters?

Hello everyone,

Is anyone using mobile repeaters on there vehicles?

If so how do you like them and how do you utilize them.

I built a crossband one in my car that I use when I'm running as a chiefs aid. So I carry my uhf portable to talk on vhf.
