How many of you out there are having everyone in operations at least get or receive a safety message about something everyday. For example we (Hanford fire) send out during the wildland fire season the 6 Minutes for Safety

most every day along with the manpower for the day that goes out. The officer then have someone present the 6 Minutes to the shift going on duty, form there the message goes onto the clip board or the safety board for the next day or so.

If it isn't a wildland message then it is something from the Take Five for Safety

structural safety messages. Websites I have left for you all.

We have found this stuff to work. It makes the guys/gals think safe before we even pull out of the station. During the wildland season it counts as part of the pre-briefing before an incident.

Let me know. Don
