Hi there My name is Mel, Im a volunteer rurl firefighter in Australia and have just finished my introduction course in Peer Support. I havent completed any 'real' defusings or debriefings as yet, only mock scenarios for training. But I know that the training that I have undergone will assist me if I should be asked to assist at one. I found that my training will enable me to help support my peers (whether fulltime,part-time or volunteer) also.
