How long have you been an FF/EMT ?

I been a firefighter 25 years and an EMT for 2.5 years. How about you ?

I have been a wildland firefighter for five years. I joined the local volunteer department for 6 years.

I have been a FF/EMT since 1988 joined the week after I graduated high school and I still get excited every time the alarm goes off.

I have been a Firefighter for 21 years and an EMT for 20. I started at a firefighter when I turned 18, but spent 4 years prior in various cadet/explorer programs in my area. Never became a full time firefighter as I was very fortunate to get a career job as a fire dispatcher right out of high school.
