Mick's favorite ride, the ALF/LTI truck pictured in this group's avatar is on its last 48 hours of front-line service.  On Thursday (Mick's next shift) the Truck 6 crew will put the new/old Truck 6 in service.  The new rig is a brand-new Crimson/Spartan tractor pulling a rehabbed LTI trailer/aerial that was our previous reserve TDA.

In its earlier life, the new truck cut some grooves in the downtown Atlanta asphalt, as it is a retired AFD truck. 

Truck 6 will soldier on in reserve with its new designation, Truck 7.  It has definately earned its keep.
