Share some of your most important lessons-learned from similar incidents you have operated at.
What are some of the most important safety & risk management rules to always consider at these operations?
I think the biggest thing is to have the water supply in place along with the street improvements before any building starts. We allow the foundation but no actual building until water is in the street. I would think local ordinance could control some of the problem along with a good preplan of the site
