3 Large Cans of Chicken Broth
3 Boxes of Angel Hair Spaghetti
2 or 3 Large boneless Chicken breasts
Two Large Cans of Garlic and Herb Spaghetti Sauce

Open the Chicken broth and pour it in a large pot and bring to a boil
Open the pasta and break in half and boil in the chicken broth until a strand sticks to the side of the pot ( Thats the easy way to know when its done)

While this is going on on a cookie sheet covered in Tinfoil Place Your Chicken breasts and lightly dust them with Garlic powder or whatever seasoning you or your Firefighters desire and bake at 350 for an hour or until the Chicken is done .. When The chicken is ready bring it out of the oven and chop or shred it as desired to be added with your Sauce later

In a saucepan Pour Your Cans of Sauce and simmer until hot and then add Your Meat and stir up really really well

Strain Your Pasta Pour it back into the cooking pot it came from add Your sauce and stir and serve with Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese ..

If Your mother gets a black Eye we will know Ya cooked it right.. LOL
