OK...What kind of things do you foresee or would like to see come to EMS in the near or distant future? Or what things about our career do you not want to ever see ceome around. I have some ideas, but let's see what you think.....

One thing that would be paramount would be pre-hospital antithrombolytic therapy. I think that the benefits to the patients would greatly reduce the number of patients that have long term chronic problems from not getting perfusion returned to the heart after having an event due to clots or plaquein the coronary perfusion system. some systems do use antithrombolyrtic therapy but they are far and few
