Why can't I??????

Ok so I haven't been on in a while, lots going on, so I want to say Hi to all, hope the holidays went well for you all. I am trying to add some people and for some reason I can't anyone??????????

If you have too many outstanding friend requests, you'll need to delete some unanswered ones to add new friends.
