Which app is better on the iPhone 911 Toolkit or Firefighter Companion?

So I just got an iPhone 3Gs and came across the 911 Toolkit ($7.99) and the Firefighter Companion ($4.99) and was wondering if anyone has used either or has any info about them? I just hate to pay for one and then not like it.
