What's your favorite or oddest firehouse meal?

How about a few new meals to throw around.  When I was a first assigned a guy used to make what he called cowboy stew.  Mac noodles, cooked ground beef and the paste from tomato soup.  It was actually not bad.  After a while you look forward to it.  Or strange shaped meatloaf.  Usually like male and female private parts.  It was too funny.

What about roasted rat. We didn't eat this but he was a sick dude.
