What is Needed for RIT?

was just wondering what type of equipment is needed to be a true rit team and certs if any

Visit TES2training.com Tim Sendelbach has some great info on RIT teams. Site has drills and props to help teams train. I highly recomend to all if you have a chance to hear Tim speak it will be more than worth it.
