I use my webbing alot i keep three sets in my bunker gear. The best thing i use it for is the 2 1/2 hose since im small i cat paw tie it and throw it over my shoulder to advance the line.

just bought 27' of red tubular 1" webbing to carry in my turnout gear, any attachments I should get that would be helpful?

There are a few FFs that will have a caribener on their webbing. Personally I would think it is more important to know how to use the webbing to use as a makeshift harness for self rescue, or to make a harness to drag  victim or downed FF. Know how to tie a water knot. There are also vidoes you can find on youtube, etc on uses for webbing. It may be better to learn what you can use it for and to train with it that way.

A small carabiner is a quick and easy connector. The only unique thing I've done with my webbing was hold a vehicle door open on a steep slope during patient extrication. It saved us from having to worry about the door falling shut on us while we were working around it. So there are a thousand uses for a 25' piece of webbing. That's one of the most useful things in my pockets.

Thank you!

I carry the same as you, Don. I have in my knee pads for quick retrieval.
