Volunteer Department is needing SCBA's

Hello I am Jake I work at Ridgewood Volunteer Fire Department in Caryville Tennessee. Our county is not good with funding at all. We are needing tools and especially SCBA's we run 2216 systems. I was wondering if anyone out there had any extra or any that they could spare us. We are using steel bottles right now and we could use some help from our fellow brothers.

what i would recomend is look into grants its open right now if i am correct and you could possibly get some major help there

You have to have a grant writer for that which we do not have.

both of these website can take you step by step thru the grant writing process, also if you have larger departments that are in your area most will help as will the state fire chiefs association in writing grants for protective equipment
