U.S. Fire Administration

The US Fire Administration has announced the official line of duty death of Fire Chief Jimmy Tuberville, 64, of the Milledgeville Fire Department on December 13, 2010.

Chief Tuberville passed away from an apparent heart attack while working at the scene of grass fire adjacent to Highway 22A, approximately 100 meters north of the Milledgeville fire station.
