U.S. Fire Administration

The U.S. Fire Administration has announced the official line of duty death of Firefighter Jimmy E. Cameron, 47, of the South Chester Fire Department (SC), on June 16, 2009.

Firefighter Cameron passed away in his personal vehicle from a heart attack while performing a damage assessment survey for the fire department in the aftermath of a major storm that struck the Chester, SC, area.
