USFA: Military Line Of Duty Death, Kadena Air Base Japan

U.S. Fire Administration

The U.S. Fire Administration has announced the official line of duty death of Airman First Class Derek Kozorosky, of the 18th Civil Engineer Squadron on February 11, 2011.

Airman First Class Kozorosky passed away at the Camp Lester Naval Hospital following a vehicle mishap. Details for the fatal incident are pending a full investigation by authorities.
