U.S. Fire Administration

The U.S. Fire Administration has announced the official line of duty death of Fire Captain David IRR, 48, of the Yuma Rural/Metro Fire Department on May 22, 2010.

Captain IRR passed away in his sleep on duty and was discovered at shift change.

Funeral Arrangements:
A vigil will be held this 05/27/2010 1700-2100hrs at Desert Valley Mortuary 15877 S. Ave B in Somerton. A procession will be held on 05/25/2010 at 0900hrs starting at Desert Valley Mortuary, 15877 S. Ave B., Traveling to St Francis of Assisi Church 1815 S. 8th Ave Yuma AZ. Services will held at 1000hrs.
