Dont attack me for something i said. an try to twist stuff around. My partner is a female. I would rather go in a fire with her than anyone eles in my fire station. And the tearing stuff up part It means cutting holes in roof, venting, going through walls cuz get trappedin a room looking for a little kid in a closet. An doing all of this with out getting in to trouble. Get it now. With my partner who is a FEMALE....... so i dont mean anything you just said. Add ever hear someone say. that it will make a man out of you to some one. will i was meaning it from a womans point. that it would make a woman out of you. I dont bash females being in the Fire Servise. They have the right to by just like guys. so dont bash me

Brad - I was not attacking you. I was just making a joke, a pun off the words you said.

You used the term "Where Women are Made" as a woman I found that to be very funny and had to make a joke about the kids from the movie "Weird Science" who were trying to make a woman. (that is the picture from the movie)

I WAS KIDDING... not attacking... this forum of postings does not allow you to hear the tone of my voice as I laugh and the smile on my face.

Your comment was fine. No one was bashing you. Mine was totally unrelated to yours. So sorry if you took my bad/sad joke comment the wrong way.

I was a truckie for years and when I was promoted to lieutenant it was to a pumper company since that was where the opening was and I was qualified on both. I was on that company for years but went back to a truck company. I like trucks better. I feel confined when one a hose line. Besides I have the natural born talent to be a truckie, I am good at getting dirty and tearing stuff up.
