training structure

Just curious as to how other brigades around the world stucture there taining? Here in N.Z we go through a system where a log of our training is kept on a traffic light guide, green, trained , orange almost due and red need to train. It has a light next to our name and what we need to train on. water ways, search and rescue, ladders etc etc.

Being NZ, ours is exactly like this.

However we also have a training schedule drafted out for each year which covers all bases from the most simple things as running hoses :)
