Training schedule

I'm a new Captain and have been tasked with setting up next year's training schedule. I'm hoping that I don't have to re-create the wheel. Anyone willing to share any ideas/presentations (ex. jeopardy game), especially for these cold winter months.

I have over 800 powerpoint on Firefighting and TRT topics and a bunch of fire related videos. If you want them send me a 16 G or two 8G flash dirves to me in a self addressed STAMPED envelope ( I don''t pay for return postage). Email me at dubree.douglas@rigov.org and I'll send you my address.
