I am in the process of preparing continuing education classes for some of the communications centers in my area.  The fire departments served by these communications centers range from large paid departments to small volunteer departments.  I am looking for training topics that those in the fire service feel that communications needs to be better trained on overall.

I have access to several good Fire Service Instructors to help me prepare the material, but I am interested in what is perceived as the areas needing improvement by those in the field before I begin.
