Training is something that volunteer fire companys need more of, yes or no ? With today's young people and the many hard times we as departments come to, we as leaders must keep up with the changing laws. But, why when they change a law they don't provide funding to get new gear or equipment. We need to stand together to keep fire and rescue companys well funded. If they change the laws then they need to help us adapt. We cannot possibly buy new gear everytime something new is introduced. To all leaders be fast, work smart and stay safe. Training is what helps us save lives. Joe rounds
