TOLEDO, Ohio - People are still being kept away from some Ohio businesses and a mobile home park close to a fire burning in a grain elevator for a second day.

During a news conference at the scene, Toledo fire Battalion Chief Tom Jaksetic said Tuesday morning that grain continued to burn and that the temperature inside the silo remained high enough for concern. Fire officials said Monday they had the fire contained to one of three wheat silos at an Archer Daniels Midland facility.

Authorities have ruled out a risk of explosion. Jaksetic says it's "extremely fortunate" that things did not turn catastrophic.

An Archer Daniels Midland spokesman said there were no reports of injuries. The agricultural processing company is headquartered in Decatur, Ill.
