I went down with a group from my department and the family of one of our members who was included on the monument this year. I was in the honor guard. There are a couple of pics on my profile but they are not that great. This was my first time going to this event, which was an awesome tribute to fallen comrades.

Yes I attended the memorial this year as a family escort, I also just returned home last night from the fire academy where I attended WV weekend classes.
