May 22-25, 2011 will be the farewell event for THE FDNY9/11 MEMORIAL GOLF OUTING.

The members of the FDNY play host to this event that was started in 2002.  The event is simple!   This is our (FDNY) way of saying thank you.

Soon after 9/11 the funerals started.   The FDNY was in such a bad state at that time.  We had a very hard time of it.  Working in th firehouse, working at the WTC site as well as the all too many funerals to attend.  Thats where you came in.........

YOU stood at our funerals and memorials through out the months that followd. YOU came from everywhere!   You filled in our ranks and stood proud for the world to see

YOU HELPED RESCUE THE FDNY

The event is in your honor so we will never forget.  It is golf and brotherhood and fun!   Join us along with Firefighters from over 30 States
