One hint, if you don't have the funds for a brand new one, go to E-Bay and look for an older model. I have 2 Nikons that I absolutely love.

I was walking in the snow, and I tripped and flung the camera into the snow
(Lucky me it was in it's case)

Couldn't find it for at least 30 minuets
