AUSTIN, Texas - Lake Travis firefighters have responded twice this week to calls from the same familiar location - one of their own stations.

About the time the shock wore off from dousing a minor fire in the attic of Lake Travis Fire Rescue headquarters near Austin on Monday, assistant chief Robert Abbott says another call came Wednesday.

Abbott says there no injuries in either fire, which were in the same area above administrative offices. He said Wednesday's fire was worse, leading firefighters to cut holes in the roof to contain the blaze.

Abbott says firefighters were among those evacuating during the first fire. He said they were housed elsewhere when the second blaze broke out.

Abbott said the Travis County fire marshal is investigating both fires.
