team building

I need some ideas on exercises that will help in our dept..we need some team building drills....
I have a few oldies that refuse to play well with others.
Any drills or tips?

Sounds like an awsome drill, but the only concern is that if someone got hurt your liable. I believe this could fall under horse play, breaking Some NFPA rules or your SOP's. Not trying to sound negative, just thinking safety.
