Hello,
I hope to get some hints here. I am looking for pictures or infos on small tactical boards for the first in unit of a VFD. I know some US FDs are using these to get an overview of the incident situation in a short drawing or written info even on a preprinted whiteboard. Can anyone help me with some info about this?
The size of the whiteboard we are looking at will be about 2 pages of US legal size paper. We can customize it so we can use as much info you all provide to make it fit to our situation here.
You can also use my email detlef.maushake@feuerwehr-ruehme.de to send infos on this topic. Thanks alot from across the pond :-)
Yours
Detlef

I hope this will help. We use a board similar to what they sell on here. There is an area for a basic drawing, and you can divide your crews by assignment.

We use the Dash board commander board from American trade mark co. It uses velcro tags for the rigs and has plenty of space to write and draw a diagram of the scene.
We use this system. http://www.eagle-engraving.com/products/?category=master:Accountabi... It has lots of options

You will find various options at http://www.firecommand.org/
We have a new board that does tactics and accountability in one, works with Passport Accountability or Tags with clips.
