"Firefighters are Whores and Drunks ......"
I have personally be called things I wish not to repeat based on my job, how did these rumors start ? I am aware that the Fire Service is very family orientated. For fun what is the stereotype you hate the most ?

Firefighters are just a bunch of little kids in grown-up clothing ...
Firefighters are all stuck up, egotistical jerks ...
Firefighters think they are above the law ...
and on, and on, and on ... ad nauseum! Come on folks; these comments (and many others like them!) describe all men, not just firefighters!! KIDDING!! Actually, all the snarky comments sound an awful lot like jealousy to me.

and if only people would quit hosing me down and wrecking my hair...
and those gloves did not wreck my nails...
and people would quit calling me FIRE-MAN all day long...
And didn't ya notice, those boots need some heels to accentuate my hynee and long gorgeous legs !!!
And would someone PLEASE bring a port-a-potty, so I don't have to pee behind a tree...

I just did my make-up - ya know how long perfection takes?

That is VERY funny, I have never heard that one before - but it is true... the girls get me into all sorts of trouble... but the true irony is that they also get me out of all sorts of trouble ;-)
