I need to write a paper about standard operating procedures on extrication in the fallowing cases:
- elevator extrication
- rescue persons from wells, from under collapsed buildings/structures, from houses
- procedures for creating rescue and access paths

If you have some guidelines that your fire department uses in those situations (and can share), please help, it will be a great Christmas present.
